Since GPAs are not common in Germany, you should, if you want to apply abroad, provide the university with a transcript. If possible the transcripts should be certified by their respective faculties (faculty stamp). Click here to see an example of a transcript.
Candidates may alternatively submit the documents mentioned in the application form as a certified translation. Usually these are the final certificate and the grades and subjects.
Do you need help? Certified translators are part of the MBAhelp specialists’ team. They can translate and certify your diplomas and grades. You will require a certified copy of the original and a certified translation of each requested document for each university at which you want to apply. We are happy to quote you the costs for translation and certification of your documents.
CV
The CV is one of the most important elements of your application. It gives the reader an overview of your person, education and professional development. It is important that you tailor your resume to your individual application. Just like the statement of purpose or the letter of candidature the CV must be personalized. When applying for educational purposes (Bachelor, Master, MBA etc.) we recommend you divide the resume into four sections
- Personal data
- Professional data
- Education
- Special knowledge and further qualifications
It is important to put the dates in chronological order (we would advise to start with the most recent information).
